Avaliação da contribuiçãoI had a brisket sandwich here recently. I give it an average rating but I'm a brisket snob from tx. 3 slices in a shrinkflation size bun, I was disappointed. You'll get more than twice as much meat at sconyers or pot smoker for less . Neither the vinegar nor mustard sauces paired well w brisket.
Friday's half rack with two sides was delicious. Rice and hash and baked beans, hushpuppies .
Worst BBQ I ever had that. The Cole Slav was tasteless. The rice was boiled in sachet rice, and the hash was watery. The meat was almost unidentifiable as meat. I think it was soil or something, and it had no smoking BBQ FLAVOR. In addition, the food was cold! This is my first time here, and there will be no second time. I would rather take a much longer ride and Dukes (the best BBQ) or even Carolina, which is not as good as Dukes, but 100 times better than this place.
That's the second time I had her BBQ, it's better this time. BBQ Barn is closer to where I live, so it's more convenient. The BBQ pig is good, like the hash. I would prefer the hash a little less watery, but I can stand it. It would be nice to go a few sweet, or bread butter pickles with their BBQ, as well as some better tasting Potato Salad. All in all, it's a good meal.
It cannot compare with Carolina BBQ in New Ellenton,S.C you have the BEST in the CSRA. But they will. You're closer to where I live. Your hash is a good tasting, but a little too watery for me. It doesn't matter for her potato salad, I tasted better. At least her BBQ Pork was fed, but as I said, I did better.
