Huxdotter Coffee - North Bend

Meh. The coffee was scalding hot with no foam. No questions asked they me another one, which was to cold and still no foam.It's good, but the technique wasn't there.I'd rather wait a bit longer to have a proper cup of coffee made than not.

What a cool coffee shop with ample seating, great coffee atmosphere. Had a quality Americano and definitely had a good city roast. Enjoyed every sip.Food: 5/5

There's just something so charming about north bend. So we were delighted to stumble upon this coffee shop. My daughter and i go here several times a week. How could we not? Huxdotter translates into the scorned daughter. Man did we have fun discovering that. That is only one of our really fun insights. We love the decor and have more fun digging into the meaning.The food options range from breakfast/lunch as well as pastries. But the drinks are why we come. We love all the fun options and nudge each other on the next flavor combination to try. At the top is the midnight and equinox.So does anyone know if Maria said yes??
