The price on the menu screen was initially unclear to me, as it showed a range of prices from $8.99 to $9.99. When the server brought me the dish, it turned out to be $12.99. Despite my confusion, I paid the bill and left a tip, totaling around $16. Unfortunately, the dish was disappointing - it was dry and undercooked. We have been regular customers at this restaurant for many years, but it seems that the quality has declined over time with changes in ownership and management.
I went to the restaurant to request the correct order, but the woman there was rude and never apologized. When I asked for a new one, she scoffed at me. I am a regular customer and visit the restaurant at least once a week. I asked the woman to have the owner call me to resolve the issue. I am still in shock from the whole experience. Despite this, the supreme pizza did look good. Hopefully, the owner will reach out and make things right. I believe that the cost of a new calzone is a small price to pay for maintaining repeat business.
I have never experienced such terrible customer service as I did at this restaurant. We waited for over two hours for our food, calling multiple times with no resolution. When I attempted to cancel my order and get a refund, I was repeatedly told they couldn't do that. After being hung up on and blocked, I had to go to the restaurant in person to get my money back. Only one of the four employees was wearing a mask, and it was not even covering his face properly. After a lot of unnecessary arguing, they finally cancelled my order and refunded my money. I will never go back to this place and do not recommend it to anyone. We ended up ordering from Milano Pizza nearby, where the service was quick, friendly, and the food was delicious.
When I got home and tried the dish, I was extremely disappointed. It was dry, undercooked, and just overall nasty. I have been living near Bella for years, even through multiple changes in ownership and management. Unfortunately, after this experience, I have decided not to give them any more of my business.
I placed an order through the website but it has not been delivered to my house yet. I reached out to the delivery man who stated that Bella Pizza was already closed and he couldn't do anything. I tried contacting the restaurant through their phone numbers the next day but have not received any response so far.
