Harvest Grounds Coffee Bakery

The attendant didn't seem to know what a latte was and asked if it was just coffee and milk. She seemed more focused on her conversation with an airport maintenance worker than on assisting us.

This is the best coffee I've ever tasted! Unfortunately, the bagels were disappointing. One of the staff recooked one for me, and both bagels tasted like chewing on old shoe leather, especially around the edges. They seemed quite stale.

The service here is quite slow, and there’s no order tracking like you find in most coffee shops. It took them a full 10 minutes (I'm not exaggerating) to prepare my Iced Cappuccino. I won't be returning and would suggest others to avoid this place. The Dunkin' shop located on Concourse A is a much better alternative.

Stale baked goods. Terrible coffee.Inexcusably bad.

Our server was delightful! LaTrina was awesome! Very helpful and pleasant. Made my morning.
