Los Reyes Mexican - North Charleston

By far the worst Mexican food I have ever eaten. Ordered a variety of different tacos for pick up. They cost $5 per taco and did not come with any salsa. I reconfirmed that with the hostess when I went to pick up the food m, and she told me it would be an upcharge for salsa. For us, we need salsa for our tacos so I reluctantly paid for it. When I got home and ready to eat, came to find out it was the wrong salsa. It was supposed to be the tomatillo salsa, but instead we recieved their spicier salsa which was lousy since our 2 year old was eating with us. The meat was oversalted with no real flavor but salt. The tortillas used for the tacos seemed straight out of the pack from a box taco kit. The rice was lousy as well. My recommendation would be to skip this restaurant entirely.

Nice authentic restaurant, great customer service. Must try the Texan drink (Margarita with a shot of Grand Marnier)

We stopped in for an afternoon snack and got the triple dip( guacamole, pico de gallo, cheese dip) to have with the Chips Salsa they serve complementary along with drinks. The food was good and the service was good. My only complaint was my husband I are bigger people (XL not XXL) and they seated us in a booth that was so tight that both of our ribs were against the table, (there were other tables available they could have sat us at but we didn’t complain or ask to be moved) we made it work but it was a little awkward.If I am ever in the area again I would eat there again I would just ask to be seated at a different table

5 STARS ABSOLUTELY food was amazing waiter was nice And calm. Their food was delicious and their meat was was tender. All together amazing restaurant. I will be coming back.

Very good Mexican food! I recommend the burrito and the tacos and the hot sauce! He still smokes :-D
