Sam's Place - North Haven

The food was great, customer service was great….and this lady VANESSA who was servicing me was just super awesome….I mean she was very friendly and calm…like she actually know what she’s doing…glad that I went to sam’s place.

This company caters for Amazon.Following a simple mistake that can easily be fixed. I have been refused a refund on an order where I received the wrong itemsThe restaurant staff have hung up on me numerous times and refused to give me any Supervisor. This is ridiculous as the total was less than $9.

Wish the food was as good as the service. The place is charming, menu is extensive, and our server couldn't have been warmer or more welcoming, but the food was uniformly flavorless. We ordered one of the crepes and the eggs and corned beef hash plate. Sorry, we won't be back.Food: 2/5
