And when I asked if they could change it they told me they didn?t wanted to do it. Specially this lady who looks Chinese. Instead of giving me things in my hand she throw the bag with the food kind of rude. I pay for my food, I actually need to spect good service, that?s why I pay for it.
You only have 3 different choices of food to choose. Tables were dirty. The worst customer service I've ever had!
Parking was okay. Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Went 1130am I was the 2nd customer. No wait. Food was fresh ready for the lunch rush ?
Such a worst place I have seen in my life. I entered into the restaurant by 9:58PM and they have the board ?open? and just stepped out the door literally few steps to hold my kid hand to take her in the restaurant. The manager/employee ran and closed the door with keys and say we are closed. My little one was so sad that the food is not available. This place have all the food in the tray, all they need is put in the box and bill it and not like they need to prepare anything new for my request. That too I was within the closing time. It was not even 10:01PM. Everyone inside know how bad is the behavior but no one reacted. Have the video to escalate to the Panda Express customer team, let?s see how the entire chain operates. Date: 10/11/2021 Time: 9:58PM If the PANDA team is serious about the customer service, they should warn these behavior and teach the employee a lesson. I am almost sure the lady in the cap was doing this, but the customer team to confirm who did this thing.
Panda Express has an exterior speaker explaining in english and spanish to keep social distancing, only 5 customers are allowed indoors for take out etc. There are signs taped on the doors stating the same, however, there were 11 customers inside. I observed no manager enforcing the Panda Express rule. I waited at the door till there were only 2 people inside then my family of 3 stepped in for take out and I turned to the line behind me and said only 5 customers are allowed in at a time and pointed to the sign. I saw that this group of customers did adhere to Pandas 5 customer social distancing rule and waited. Hopefully the managers will mention politely as I did and point out the rule. The employees were working with gloves, face masks and serving the fountain drinks so I would give them 5 stars as well as 5 stars for the taste and good quality of their food. Panda Express Manager gets 3 stars for not enforcing the Covid 19 Panda Express rule
