Dunkin' - North Kingstown

Very pleasant experience here on the morning afternoon of Mother’s Day. The line was wrapped around and I was hesitant but decided to wait in line so glad I did! The line went extremely fast. I was so impressed! This Dunkin is filled with fast, friendly efficient employees!

First off, I would like to say the staff were great throughout the whole visit. The experience was questionable at most. We came in old cold day, seeking refreshment and replenishment. Did we receive that, Yes, but was it easy or as good quality as we would like? No. The order was pretty simple, a few donuts, munchkins, one coffee, refresher, and a coolants. The donuts were easy, no trouble. Munchkins? Trouble. We asked for 25, and they said we had only one flavor. Not ideal, but whatever. After they packed them, we saw a whole rack of munchkins with every flavor imaginable. There was more trouble to come, we ordered a simple coffee and it turned out troublesome. First, they didn’t put the flavor shot in it and it was really dark. After they did that, it was still bad and was really dark. Finally after putting more milk in it was fine. Do better!

Food and coffee has always been little pricey for what you purchase, service is good.

Everett told me I coulda get my donut heated even though I told him I get it done everyday the same way. He then didn't want to ask the other employees because he was scared he would be wrong. Customer service is terrible. My job is around the corner been going here for years. I will not be anymore thanks to Everett. Terrible customer service.

I just went in to get a couple donuts but they had a special on six so I got three of the Boston cream and three jelly filled and boy they were good!! Didn’t have to wait at all. And the restrooms very clean!Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp for wheelchairs and restroom
