Machetes Killer quesadillas,Is located at the outdoor lake mead swap meet it's a bit overwhelming as there's 15 taco shops. These are handmade tortillas made with a mix of mazorca (corn base) and a dash of flour tortillas which are so large they have to be cut in half. The Taco chronicles could actually do a whole series about this place?They were good 4 star due to wait and quality of meat. Price for the 1 quesadilla was approximately $14.

I've absolutely loved the times I've dined at this restaurant and eagerly look forward to future visits. The dishes are not only beautifully presented but so flavorful, delicious, and well balanced. I'd highly recommend!Food: 5/5
