Burger King - North Little Rock

I ordered a chicken wrap two days in a row and both times they left off the tomato. I asked for no sauce but to add onions and pickles, which they did. I suggest they update their app to allow customers to add tomato and lettuce if desired. The cheese added was not as expected, with thin slices of cheddar instead of American. Despite this, the chicken in the wrap was good. There was an issue with my order of half fries and half onion rings, as I received all fries on the first day and all onion rings on the second day. I also enjoyed the frozen coke and chocolate milkshake. I deducted one star for the missing tomato on both orders. Overall, I would recommend the frozen coke and chocolate milkshake.

Unfortunately, like with 90% of Doordash deliveries, they are never 100% accurate. Tonight, I ordered a double whopper with Dr Pepper and 2 orders of onion rings. However, my order arrived without a milkshake and only one order of what looked like onion rings. After reaching out for help, I was issued a $6.23 credit. But upon starting to eat, I realized the "onion rings" were actually fries with just one lonely onion ring. When I asked for a refund for the missing second order of onion rings, it took 10 minutes for them to say they could not issue a refund. This wouldn't have bothered me as much if the main reason I had ordered food was due to my craving for onion rings, of which I received none. /cry

I did not receive half of my food and was not informed that I would be offered a refund.

Double Sausage, Egg, Cheese Croissan apos;wich hot fresh and excellent. So were the Hash Browns
