Avaliação da contribuiçãoWonderful customer service! We waited a really long time to get our food tonight, which can of course be frustrating, but I can also fully understand! We are all busy at our jobs and it is important to remember!! The manager felt so bad for things that run slowly and gave us a very generous amount of our bill. We told him we understood it and he didn't have to. He did it anyway and we appreciated it so much! Thanks for the customer service and the food was amazing!
We were sat at the same booth as our previous visit which has a broken light cover above it. Pancakes today were not so good even though thier appearance was appetizing. Wait staff was attentive and friendly. Other food which was ordered was delicious.
The worst looking Perkins I have ever been in. Floors looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in days. Food wad pretty good though. Small portions. Big price. Needs work
The staff were arguing what section they were going to seat us in right in front of us. No one seemed to want to be there. Waitress barely checked on our table. The food was good but the service was not. If you're going to be in the service industry, you should probably have the personality for it and be friendly.
Pretty horrible dining experience at Perkins on 169 today. Started off getting seated and after waitress took our order she never came back. We had to flag down someone for things we needed. Food came and it was cold, missing parts of our order. Found hair in my food and silverware was really dirty. After being charged a lot of money for at best a mediocre meal. I went to the bathroom as we were leaving. The bathroom had the door off the hinges and was extremely filthy. I know not all Perkins Restaurants are like this, but we are definitely not returning to this one again.
