Avaliação da contribuiçãoI was disappointed that there was only one cashier at the restaurant, causing a long line. Given that it was lunch time, I expected more staff. When I asked the woman handing me my food for ketchup, she ignored me and walked away. I had to return to the cashier to get it. On the plus side, the food was hot. Overall, the experience was average.
The drive-thru service was extremely unwelcoming. There was no greeting or appreciation for the visit. The food was overcooked and poorly prepared. It seems like there is always an issue at this particular location, which is only a block away from my house. I have no intention of returning to this location in the future and will opt to go to a restaurant a few miles away instead.
Can?t put meat, bread, toppings together accurately. Employees lack all basic competency necessary for human functioning. Pictured is the daily double with extra cheese? which should have lettuce, tomato, onion, mayonnaise? rest assured they willwaste your time and money. Shut this location down asap. Manager laughed at me and interrupted when I was explaining this meantI didn?t get to eat. Manager explained she was too busy and wouldn?t answer my calls. I explained to her that if she would haveher employees complete accurate orders she would have so much free time.
The manager here was really cool and helped us get an order agter some issues ordering from the App. This McDonalds has been here 20+ years and is ulusually the only one we go to, thanks to consistency
I visited the drive-thru at 5 am and could barely hear the staff speaking through the speaker for just 3 seconds. I tried to communicate but received no response. It seems like it's best to avoid this place in the morning, despite being open 24 hours.
