The steak was very dry!! Otherwise everything was great!!

I have been coming to Dick’s for several years with my family and it has always been a good time. This year the service was good but the food wasn’t good this year. My husbands food didn’t come out until everyone was almost finished eating and his steak was dry, another member of our party ordered a rack of ribs and when they came out they were cold.

When we arrived we were told by the hostess that they do not use open table!

I wanna know why I could only make a reservation for 3:00 in after noon and when we get there there is only 2 other tables being occupied. I would of preferred going for dinner but instead had to go to lunch
