Delicious we got peanut butter milkshake blue berry cheese cake. Highly recommend. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. 2 shakes 1 small cup$22 coupons only good for jar parfait.

Ice cream was okay, but not really worth the price. Nothing special. Service was horrible. The one girl at the register looked like she hated her life and like she was angry at us for bothering her.. had it been better customer service, possibly 3 stars.

While the ice cream was excellent, the service left much to be desired and requires immediate attention. My wife and I visited on a Saturday afternoon in mid-August and were the only customers in the store. Unfortunately, we were not greeted or offered assistance for a few minutes, as the staff members had their backs turned to us. When I finally asked for the mint mason jar parfait, I was met with a disapproving look, and the staff member exchanged a glance of disbelief with her coworker, as if my order was surprising.

I ordered a small cone with two flavors, and it was quite enjoyable. The ice cream was creamy, but the flavors didn’t stand out—good, but not extraordinary. My wife, however, tried a sundae, and unfortunately, this place doesn't excel at making them. There wasn't enough syrup for those who enjoy a generous topping, which was disappointing! The place was pretty busy, but overall, it didn’t offer anything remarkable. I'd recommend steering clear of the sundaes.

If it weren't for the delicious ice cream, I would rate this place zero stars. We visited the store with a group of seven on Thursday evening, July 28th. It was quite busy, but with four staff members on duty, we expected things to move quickly. Unfortunately, the customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. One employee at the register seemed completely distracted, staring at her nails, daydreaming, and touching her face. Later, she served ice cream without wearing gloves. Another staff member appeared visibly angry, which certainly didn't help the situation.
