Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Horrible, awful, despicable customer service. I can’t properly rate the food as we were turned away and didn’t get anything. Hours online AND on the door very clearly state open til 8:00. Tried calling multiple times at 7:30 and no answer. Finally decided to go in at 7:45 to get my birthday dinner for myself and my family since they obviously weren’t going to answer the phone. When I got there, they told me they wouldn’t take my order because they were almost done closing. At 7:50!!!! So when asked why they wouldn’t answer the phone, they said “Yeah, we turn our phones and online ordering off at 7:30.” Ok really??? You don’t even have to wait for ovens or fryers to cool off!!!! If you’re going to stop helping customers at 7:30 then change your freaking operating hours to say you close at 7:30. Employees close shop and get ready to go AFTER business hours. Sure, if you’re not helping anyone, do some side cleaning, but still be available to help customers. This is such bad business practice. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pizza is good tasting. Don’t be fooled by the gluten free advertised crust, they don’t seem to take any precautions in avoiding cross contamination, they don’t change their gloves or anything. If you have even mild reactions to gluten prepare to be sick. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I don't understand the bad reviews of this place. I've had nothing but great service and good pizza. I don't leave reviews but feel like I need to let people know. Best quick pizza option in North Ogden.
