Wendy's - North Pole

At almost $4.00 for a large Coke, when it comes out looking like weak iced tea it should clue them in that the syrup needs changed. When I order cheesy potatos I kinda expect there to be cheese on them.And when I add chili to a potato I expect to get some chili, I got none.

Missed half the order. No drinks and no jalapeño popper sandwich. Quite disappointing

Frostys weren't the right size, and we got someone else's sandwiches. I am glad my Dasher went and got the right sandwiches, and we just made the Frosty's a loss. Now we have 3 extra sandwiches and 2 extra fries that will end up going to waste cause reheating this kind of food isn't our thing. Seems like if you order more than 2 things, then you have a 50/50 chance of your order being wrong. Food tastes good after we finally got the right sandwiches. Mozzarella hamburger is a yummy change.

This is the second time in a row we have ordered from Wendy's that they have completely messed up our order. Last time, they were missing items, and gave us the wrong flavor frosty. Today, they gave me a chicken sandwich instead of chicken nuggets, root beer instead of coke, and packed our bag so that it was lopsided (burgers on bottom and fries in the plastic containers on top) and fell over the second I picked up the drinks from outside my door. The regularly packed cardboard box of fries then fell out all over the porch. Should've just stuck with tried and true but boring McDonalds. Don't make the mistake we did order McDonalds.

Good work. I was in the dinner line at 630. I was like 15 cars back and I got my food in just 34 minutes. less than 3 minutes per car. much faster than before. to keep the great work. best was that my order was accurate and eating was hot
