Avaliação da contribuiçãoLarge vegetarian menu with about ten vegan tapas, all very delicious. My Spanish friend was very impressed and said it reminded her of her grandmother's kitchen. Especially loved the canvas, fish, mushrooms and tombet. The Churros are also vegan.
First visit but won’t be the last. Not familiar with Spanish cuisine but we enjoyed all that we tried. Spanish chickpea stew, Paella rice balls, charred sweet potatoes with dressing and tempura fried aubergine. An extra delicious savoury suet pudding made just for us to try.
As the message inside states, "They are exactly where you must be," and how true that turned out to be. We enjoyed an extraordinary tapas experience. After reserving a lake view table in advance—a highly recommended move—we indulged in pan y aioli, fish, patatas bravas, garlic-infused mushrooms, a creamy brandy and herb sauce served with roasted bread, tombet, tempura-fried eggplant, and churros with chocolate sauce. Every dish was delectable, but the fish, mushrooms, and churros were my personal favorites. The menu clearly highlights the beer and wine options, and the staff is friendly. The atmosphere is wonderful, and I can't wait to return! Updated from a previous review on April 17, 2022.
The restaurant offers an extensive vegetarian menu that includes around ten delicious vegan tapas. My Spanish friend was truly impressed, stating it reminded her of her grandmother's cooking. We especially enjoyed the canvas, fish, mushrooms, and tombet. Additionally, the churros are vegan as well!
As the sign inside the botanical restaurant states, "they are exactly where they must be," and how true that is! We shared an absolutely remarkable selection of tapas. After reserving a table with a sea view in advance (highly recommended), we enjoyed the pan con aioli, fish, patatas bravas, mushrooms cooked in garlic, brandy, and plant-based cream, roasted bread, tombet, tempura-fried aubergine, and churros with chocolate sauce. Each dish was delicious and bursting with flavor, with the fish, mushrooms, and churros being my personal favorites. The beer and wine options were clearly marked on the menu, and the staff was very friendly. The atmosphere was fantastic, and I can't wait to return!
