Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis place rarely gets her orders, just as they sometimes don't even try. every time I pay for extras and add-ons, they are never there, so I literally give them free money, because I pay for these supplements and don't get the things I pay. for example, I have paid an breakfast crispy package with extra steak, extra three cheese mix and add-on for it and when I came home, it was literally just a normal steak breakfast crispy package without supplements. that has often happened and I have never said anything, and I am not the type to say anything, but it is pathetic that this is unnoticed. this business must take responsibility and hire some people with actual work ethics and customer service. not to mention the phone app is an absolute nightmare and no longer works, so with these changes I can easily order from the app and must not mess with the person who takes the job. Unfortunately, they lost me as a customer because I honestly cannot spend any money. I just hope that they will be able to address this issue for their future customers.
Taco bell is taco bell but they don't even try. I would avoid after 10 pm the drive through takes about 20 min.
Horrific. Quality of food is always sub par, looks like it’s thrown together without a care in the world. Probably because the workers are rushing around due to mismanagement and understaffing. Wait times are always extremely long.
Waited 25 minutes dine in for 3 tacos on a fairly quiet Wednesday evening. Had to wait and ask for my drink cup and I paid for cinnamon twists and never received them. When I left one of the doors was locked which is a fire hazard/violation. Other customers were also complaining about the wait and food was messed up/ forgotten. Very disappointing. Will not be returning.
OMG ?? TERRIBLE! CRUNCH SUPREME PICTURED BELOW! 28.00$ of Food! TERRIBLE! COULDN'T EVEN FIND THE FILLING LET ALONE NO VEGGIES! NEVER AGAIN!
