Avaliação da contribuiçãoWent for coffee and for £3 you do NOT expect poor instant coffee. The young staff were very rude and gobsmackingly tried to explain to me (a 50 year old customer) what a latte is in a slow patronising manner. When I returned to the toll I heard the 4 young staff laughing about how she had spoken to me! Thankfully the manager gave a refund for the drinks but the point remains that a cheap instant coffee is being sold as latte for £3 a glass. Dishonest and sadly means we won't go back to Hoar Park even though the other shops and farm seem okay. The staff member is in the wrong job and should have been sacked instantly. Apparently we're not the first to complain about rude staff there. Appalling experience
No food, hot drinks were cold, dirty tables. Paid for drinks food, came back to us 10 minutes later and said the food we had ordered they had ran out of. It grieved me that we had actually paid for the drinks, otherwise we wouldn’t have stayed at all. Won’t be stepping foot in the place again.
A bit noisy and very chaotic service. First orders arrive last and a lot were missing items and cutlery. £2.95 for a cup of instant decaf served with the spoon in the coffee and coffee in the saucer. I think they could do a bit better.
Ordered tea coffee and cake with my family. the cakes were dry and stale. My cup was really dirty inside and there was dried cream om the outside and the teapot not much better. The cup was replaced but still stained inside. Better hygiene especially during covid times such be a priority!!!!
Went for coffee and toast early today 1 slice of cheap toast £1.60. Spoon of marmalade 50p. They are having a laugh. Not sure if they are deluded as to what they are that they can charge these prices. Paid less in London
