I ordered through their app and the order number was somehow different on my app and their system so that I could not open the pickup at all. I went to the loading staff and they claimed that my order didn't come through and her death was as if it was my fault and I tried to cheat her. all they had to do is check their system for my exactly ordered items, but they always asked me what is my name and order number, I showed them countless time and they were so sure they didn't get my order, which I can clearly see it was in their locker. not really sure how their logic works. Oh, and that happened twice, both times when the order number was different.
It was pretty busy when I went at this location. It is pretty small however I like the fireplace they have and the layout. It's a pretty stand tim Hortons with your regular/normal customer service
YO! Gotta check out this new Mobile Order takeout box. This is new technology yo. Reminds me of travelling in Japan. This is the first time I give 5 stars to a Tim Horton. BECAUSE I don't have to see your faces haha!
Negative: Too dark and gloomy. This branch needs more light at night.Positive: One positive point about this place is that the washroom was clean when I used it.
Terrible customer service. I was there with my boyfriend the other day and the older lady taking our order was extremely rude. We had asked for an ice coffee and she asked if it’s classic or black. My boyfriend could not hear and asked her to repeat it and she rolled her eyes at us and answered in a very annoyed tone.
