This place is phenomenal, family run business, all of the staff is super friendly and attentive. Great service. The food is the best Chinese I’ve had in Western MA. Never had a disappointing meal there, Crab Rangoons, chicken wings, Lo Mein, and Egg rolls are off the charts. Along with much more, everything is so good. Highly recommend this place. Clean restaurant. Great staff and amazing, amazing food. Definitely have a lifetime customer here.

There aren’t a lot of great Chinese take out places in the area, but West Lake has become my go to. They are lightening fast, consistent and delicious. Worth my drive from Northampton every time.
