Kfc - Northampton

I visited the restaurant on Saturday, May 21st, and ordered four packs without sweet chili. I also requested salad to be included in each pack. However, when I got home and opened them, there wasn't any salad at all. At $3.99 per pack, I only received two pieces and a small container, which left me feeling quite dissatisfied. I felt like I was ripped off, and I just wanted to share my experience.

It's a KFC, so you know what to expect when it comes to the food. The last time I visited, my meal was missing some chicken pieces. I mentioned it to the staff and was given a note promising they would address it on my next visit. During my recent visit, I presented the note and didn’t have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised when they replaced the entire meal that had been short. While it may not seem like a big deal, it showed good faith on their part. As always, the employees were polite and provided excellent customer service. I haven’t dined in, so I can’t speak to the condition of the facilities, but the dining area has always been clean.

I had a quick lunch and it was exactly what we wanted. The place was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly. It's definitely the best KFC I've been to here.
