We had fish and chips which was very good but service for drinks was slow and never did get the water we asked for

Managed to walk in and get a table on a weekday lunchtime. It was very quiet, which suited us perfectly. All three of us complimented the food, the chips were especially tasty

Great impromptu lunch on a Saturday and it was great, staff very attentive and good value

Great service and the food was nice , the only thing was they only had pink beef or turkey for the Sunday roast most others have gammon and pork aswell apart from that good experience

What a shame!!! One chef doing his best!! Food was hot enjoyable. 3 unorganised staff doing the bar trying to sort out the customers, in between holding a conversation between themselves. A manager?? Not actually managing the staff . It was a school holiday, so mums and children. I have seen it busier service time was better. A 35 minute wait for food, even after nobody came to my table to take my order!!! This is ONE of my locals!!! Could do a huge amount BETTER
