City Cafe - Northport

For the City Cafe it should be a 10!! It's like my grandma's in back-cooking..You're ready to order and your fresh food is on the table!! And a full meal is under $8... really now a day. This is a classic and worth whatever is waiting there! Also... I hate corn bread, but whatever it is The City Cafe used to make her..oh my God! Melt in your mouth.fresh fluffy..amazing tastes!! Everything on the menu is absolutely amazing hot fresh!! The staff is always happy and so helpful!! No matter how busy, make sure you turn around. This is a must! I miss classic cafes and this is #1! Roll Tide!

Great breakfast and lunch. The best servers can get you very quickly when you order your food and everything tastes so fresh. Love all the sweet lady who work there for years and sweet debtors make you feel so welcome ..

We ate breakfast and it was so delicious!! The cookies and Gravy, Hash Browns and Speck were delicious! The sweet tea is some of the best I had in a long time! I would eat b-fast there every day if my waist would leave me!!!

I've eaten there since I remember my favorite meal is the Hamburg steak with onions and gravy, and the filled eggs are from this world! Whenever I travel back to Northport, I make sure I eat at least two or three times there!!! The owner Jodi is one of the sweetest women on the planet and will make sure you get a great meal and warm southern hospitality when you eat in the café....
