La Porta Pizza - Northport

I visited this restaurant for a special occasion and wow, the pizza was amazing! The owner and staff were also incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this place.

The man working behind the counter at this restaurant is impolite. I have been here twice, with two years between each visit, and both times he had a terrible attitude. Our experience was not any better during our second visit.

Exquisite. Authentic New York pizza. Prices normal compared to anywhere else nowadays, but quality is much higher than anywhere else. I have found that many pizzerias “shrink” their cakes to save money lately. Not La Porta. And it just tastes perfect. Very close – burning, heat, cooking time, cheese to sauce ratio – everything. And the chicken rolls were heavenly. I ate two hours ago and can't stop thinking about how much I want more. Well done. God bless La Porta. The best pizza can be found on Long Island.

My family had the most delicious dinner at La Porta last night. Can't wait to go back and try another dish!! Yummy. Great service!!!
