Subway - Northwood

I was supposed to have Italian herbs cheese bread, and there is hardly any cheese, or herbs on the bread. Also, ordered sweet onion sauce they didn't put any on it at all. They didn't put any napkins in my bag at all, either. Must have a bunch of nim rods running the place!!

This was the slowest service that I have ever received in my life. It took me 25 minutes to get 2 sandwiches, and there were only 2 people in front of me. The girl behind the counter could only do 1 sandwich at a time, and took forever to do that. The person 2 in front of me ordered 3 of the same sandwich and the girl had to make the first one completely before she would start the next one. Unless you have an enormous amount of time, you don't want to stop here for a quick bite.

The young ladies behind the counter were very nice.

I had to return to the restaurant to retrieve my daughter's forgotten cookies with our takeout order.

I had to repeat my sandwich order to the worker multiple times before it was finally understood. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to prepare two subs at a place that operates like a 24/7 Subway. I won't be returning.
