Jimmy John's - Norwalk

Went through the drive thru and ordered two sandwiches. Both were made incorrectly. One of them didn?t even have any modifiers.

This place is the best. They trade food with us all the time and their food is always amazing. The boss man as well as the employees are really nice. The food is always done quickly and is always right.

Good quick sandwiches. Fast drive through and delivery. Order online and get those sweet points. 5th star is close when custom orders, (i.e. no cheese or cut in half) are not so hit or miss. Use this store often.

Can't get a sandwich for order right if you begged them. 4 times now they have got my order wrong. All I want is dijon on my sandwich. Even ordered the billy club that's supposed to have it. Call to get a manager and the punk wants to catch some attitude. Should fire everyone there and start over. Even better, owners response below. It's a fake reply, that directly states go here we will let the owner know. Pretty sure it's illegal to say owners response and provide a link so

Every time I've gotten JJ's in the past few weeks it's been good. Only issues I have had, I had one sandwich wrong out of the nearly 10 orders I've made, and one of the delivery drivers (even when given a tip) proceeded to ask for a signature when I requested it to be left at the door. Then again, they were a kid on the weekend. Otherwise, it's been awesome and I will continue to order from here.
