Leonardo's - Norwalk

I have ordered pizza three times, but the third time wasn’t the charm I order X-Large pizzas both for value, and to feed the number of people in my family…so the third order was delivered and I could see when my husband brought it in the box was smaller, and so were the slices…tape measure reads 16”, so after spending $40 with tax and tip, for what was supposed to be an 18” pizza I call and get told it’s no problem, next time you call I’ll credit you $2. Not really the customer service I had hoped for, kind of a shame since the pizza is really good.

The food is always fine but the service? I called with a complaint because my order was more than an hour late. When o called the man on the phone sounded drunk out of his mind, he could even put a sentence together. I called an hour before closing and he said he had already sent his drivers home just a bit before. He also told me that he couldn't do anything and that if it doesn't arrive then thats to bad. the Store has been closed for some time now and my food never arrived

How did I miss this place for the past three years??The pizza by the slide was simply amazing. The dough texture and pepperoni flavors were really good. The brick oven is a huge plus. Congratulations, guys.

This business is going down hill. I am no longer a happy customer. The owner is never there or available. The food is inconsistent. There is a lady who works there who always has an attitude!!!!

The pizza is delicious. Great service. The garlic knots are awesome and all the food on the menu is top notch.
