Little Caesar's Pizza - Norwalk

The restaurant is quite small and has a cramped atmosphere, which often leads to long lines. While we were waiting, a woman ahead of us appeared to be quite upset. She opened a box of square pizza to return it, claiming that something seemed off about it. Despite her concerns, she wouldn’t listen to any explanations and insisted on getting a replacement. I noticed that the pizza they took back didn’t go to waste; they simply placed it in the warmer with other pizzas to be sold to another customer. When I pointed this out, the staff looked at me as if I were crazy—they clearly had no intention of discarding it.

I really enjoy their deep dish pizza lunch! For just $5.99 (plus tax), you get four slices of pizza and a drink of your choice—what a great deal! I had the pepperoni pizza, and as you can see from the picture, I could only manage to eat two slices. Every time, I feel so full after just two slices and a soda! Sometimes I opt for bottled water instead of soda. Thank you, Little Caesars! P.S. Just a heads-up: lunch is only available until 2:00 PM every day!

She had a box of square pizza that was opened, with her hands all over it, and she was complaining that she thought someone had bitten into it. She requested a new pizza, but when they assured her it was a fresh one, she insisted it looked the same and kept mentioning the fingerprints on it. Refusing to accept their explanation, they took her pizza and handed her another one. However, instead of throwing the returned pizza away, they placed it back in the warmer with the other pizzas to sell to another customer. I even said something to the staff when they put it back, but the girl just looked at me like I was crazy and did nothing to dispose of it.

The $5 lunch special is no longer just $5, but it still comes with a delicious deep-dish pizza featuring four slices, plus your choice of a 20 oz. beverage. My pizza was freshly made, and there's nothing quite like enjoying a hot pizza straight out of the oven! A big thank you to the staff at Little Caesar's Pizza!
