Basically blaming their staff for not being open only to find out that the manager 's husband was in the hospital and that is why they weren 't open. You would think the owner would be able to open and lead by example but I guess that is too good for them. Won 't give this place a dime in the future, there are plenty of other businesses in the area that appreciates their staff. What a boomer statement to make and throw your employees under the bus. Not impressed.
Went through the drive thru and waited 20 minutes only to leave with no donuts. They initially said they ran out of dough and then they made the dough incorrectly. The donuts are usually very tasty but the service has been was lacking.
Horrible service, no staff. Poorly made drinks and never have anything available on the menu. This establishment shouldn’t be in business here in this town.
Great service today, smores donuts and red bull drink
After a few pleasant experiences at the WDM location I figured I would stop a bit closer to home on Saturday morning for a sandwich and coffee. After coming in and up to the counter I was pleasantly greeted and told that it would be just a moment before my order was taken. I have no issue waiting, especially during a rush, but I quickly heard another employee yell Do not take any more orders until we 're caught up which obviously contradicted what I had just been told. After about 5 minutes waiting I put in an order for a cappuccino and sausage croissant sandwich. After sitting down for a few minutes I heard my name yelled and stood up to find where to go. I ended up having to walk past the existing line up to the front counter to grab my drink. After a few more minutes I heard my name yelled again and stood up but as I approached the counter an employee stepped out to hand me my sandwich (not a big deal just slightly confusing.)Unfortunately my sandwich was room temperature when I received it. I would rather wait a few extra minutes for a good fresh sandwich than a rushed cold one. While sitting and eating I could tell that they were very busy but struggling to communicate and keep up. One employee (I assume the manager on duty) was incredibly loud and rude to her employees. The overall execution seemed lacking and was made very apparent to everyone in the store based on how loud her complaints and commands were.Overall I believe that this was just a one-off experience (I hope) but it has definitely shown me that unless some major operational change happens in this location I will continue to go out of my way to visit the WDM location.
