Mahalo's Coffee - Norwalk

This place is great, they have many great donuts and drinks. the workers are really nice and thoughtful.

I love going into this little place whenever I'm in Norwalk. I love their hot chocolate with peppermint added. I had a grilled cheese panini that was delicious. I have always had great service here.

There coffee is better than most. Just not Italian barista great

Wow, what a disappointment on a Saturday morning. The service was incredibly slow (one customer even left without receiving their order due to the long wait), orders were getting mixed up, the coffee was lukewarm, the bathrooms and tables were dirty, and the garbage was overflowing. There were no managers present, but they were seen texting while staff members were struggling to take orders, making the line wait even longer. I hope they read this review, as the overall experience was quite negative. The donuts were tasty as usual, but unfortunately, they weren't enough to make up for the poor dining experience.
