Starbucks Coffee - Norwalk

Good place to eat a quick lunch and check up on your email and work.

My one star has nothing to do with the service but rather the fact that they have no plain soya milk, only vanilla (which contains sugar. Just one more reason for me to never visit a Starbucks ever again. I will say that the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Employees are always nice !! I really needed a coffee today, the little cute message made my day a whole lot better went during lunch break 12-1pm there was a bit of a line but it went by super fast. Definitely my favorite one .

Bad service, bad attitude. Ordered 2 drinks and they only gave me one and had to ask for the other. Some other order came out and the guy who took my order said rudely that was my order but I had ordered iced drinks only. When they gave me my drink it didn't taste like oatmilk and they didn't put caramel like I had asked for. Had a lot of employees but they were just standing around talking.

Well kept environment, friendly, professional, efficient, excellent quality service. Thank you. Folks it is not easy to maintain quality standards in such a large scale and, at individual business location.
