Byrne Dairy And Deli - Norwich

My mother and I went to get two sundaes, and we weren't too pleased with my mom's. It was quite messy and falling all over her, so we asked for a bigger dish. One worker was very sweet, but as I was waiting for mine, the male worker was talking bad about my mother, and saying obscene gestures. I will be calling the manager. Not happy AT ALL!!!!

As a convenience store Byrne Dairy is good. They have everything you need there. Plus a good variety. Pizza is good and the employees are friendly and professional. The noise level inside is my only complaint. You can hardly hear to carry on a conversation. The night we ate inside the tables were not very clean, but we managed to eat our pizza and enjoy it.

Great place for food, ice cream, and gas. Has public bathroom and drinking fountains. Gave 4 stars only due to the people that tend to hang out there and its reputation to get drugs there.

Good location and hours. Bad management!!! In no way at any time should a convenience store not have in stock items that regularly sell. Wasted my time and gas to go get some coffee creamer. Went last week all out. Now over a week later still no coffee creamer. Pretty sad everyone wants to be lazy or blame it on the Covid. Which is total B.S. being during the pandemic it was always available!!!!

I understand its just ice cream but every time we go and ask for a large which clearly states is 7 swirls they do 5 which is a medium and get all upset and mad when we tell them when we pay that we are not paying for a large when its a medium
