Was afraid to go in by the way it looks from outside...but inside it's a clean professional restaurant..the people working counter were fast friendly helpful ,this place will not disappoint! a complementary soft ice cream machine too! Bring an appetite ...Real deal right in Norwich NY

Food was amazing first time eating there, The Brisket was delicious melt right in your mouth. Everything was very good definitely going back!

The lighting is great! The service and food... ah...not so much! Actually, the lighting is way to bright. I was at the bar last Friday night. The manager was more interested in the drug participation in the back of the building and restrooms than the bar or food orders.

Best BBQ in the area. Well-executed recipes and fresh. Ribs fell off the bone and still had texture.

We were the first wedding dickeys has catered (with well over 200 people) and they did AMAZING! everything was perfect, EVERYONE complimented the food. the service was great as for the process , we went in and bear took care of us and everything went smooth super quick!
