Poor- ordered drive thru. Sat at collection kiosk for five mins not acknowledged by the staff chatting beside the window. Cars queuing behind me. In the end I had to ask how much longer. They handed me a McFlurry that had been sitting on the side clearly and half melted. Didn’t realise until after I collected it. Couldn’t be bothered to complain. This one has always been a poor McDonald’s branch. Avoid

I ordered a McDonald's on the app when it arrived the fries X2 were missing,this is not the first time that my order has been wrong!!
I ordered from the drive-thru and had to wait a long time for a plain burger. When it was finally brought to my car, it was stone cold. The McFlurries I received when I paid were partially melted. I paid £16 for cold food and desserts that were smaller than usual.
