Pizza Hut - Norwich

Real good gluten-free pizza base. order them by phone app instead of waiting personal as part of the Covid restrictions. had been 5 stars, but the garlic bread the daughter was dry and had no recognizable garlic.

Food is great! Some options are unique and fantastic like the Jalapeño Poppers. I wish they were a little spicier but they are still wonderful as is. I normally use Deliveroo as a way of taking advantage of any sale/discount prices and delivery cost reductions but the service is fast and consistent. Definitely a benefit for Uni students or international medical students like myself that have food impulses and limited travel options.

Nice pizza, very friendly efficient staff. There customer focus has improved over the years. Well impressed.

We went to this Pizza Hut spontaneously on a Wednesday afternoon, there was only one other table of diners when we went in but soon enough it was slowly getting packed. We were greeted by Donna and taken to our table, we weren’t given an option on which table we would like but we’re not too fussy. Donna’s service was impeccable and if I still owned a restaurant I would definitely try and steal her from Pizza Hut. As for the food, the meat free nuggets were surprisingly good. I would rate them 4/5. As for the pizza I’ve had a couple of bad experiences in Pizza Hut and mainly went there for the cookie dough but I was really hungry so we ordered a spicy vegetarian one and even that was surprisingly good. The crushed chillis and hot chilli sauce on it made it even better, that was by far the best pizza I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut. The cookie dough was ok but have had better at Pizza Hut. Overall it was a very good experience and I would definitely visit again.
