El Local Nosara

Great food. Waiting staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. There are many gluten-free options that are delicious and they have gluten-free rolls. They work to get a dedicated frit. The vegan Panna Cotta was a light and tasty dessert.

10/10 recommend El Local! The food was absolutely incredible as well as the drinks waitstaff. I had the chicken sandwich, fries, passion fruit fizzer I would go back every day to eat the same thing that was so good! They have vegan and non vegan options, so it was perfect for our mixed group of eaters! Did I mention that the staff was amazing?! Unbelievable friendly people here in Nosara!

Like this place has so high reviews, is beyond me. The tuna burger was still raw, although we ordered medium. The bread was dry. The salad is pampered and old. The wedges were fried in dust. Not to mention the time we waited for this terrible meal.

We are pleased that El Local is listed in our Top 10 to visit Nosara for all our guests. We love every night in El Local, whether we celebrate a birthday, an anniversary, or just another great date night. Service is awesome, eating great, bbq cauliflower to die for...and atmosphere is really Nosara.

Great dinner spot! The drinks were delicious and strong and the whole food was amazing. We had Yucca Frites, who we had too fast a picture of the fish burgers and jerk chicken. I don't know what was in the sauce on the chicken, but it was sweet and savory and I loved it. The place itself is located on an elevated deck and has a huge long table for large groups, as well as upper levels and a tiny 4 person table separate balcony area. Great views of tropical trees round and good views of the sunset from the upper level.
