I appreciate having a nearby store that offers vegan ingredients that can be difficult to locate.

This restaurant offers a combination of animal products and vegan foods, as well as home goods, cleaning supplies, and gardening products. They have excellent COVID safety protocols in place, including a traffic light entry system and hand sanitizer stations. However, the aisles between shelves are quite narrow. They also offer refillable soap and laundry detergent dispensers. It's a great place to discover and experiment with new vegan substitutes, such as vegan fish sauce, non-dairy alternatives, tofu sausages, and burgers.

There are plenty of options available in this restaurant, including a variety of vegan cheeses, meat substitutes, and organic grocery items. They also offer great refill options for cleaning supplies. The staff was very friendly, although I have only interacted with them at the checkout so far.

I agree about the manager of this store being arrogant and unhelpful. I try to go in when I can't see him around. He is the Basil faulty of health food shops. Beware.

I lived in Beeston for a while before I noticed this place whilst shopping at Sainsburys (it is opposite the supermarket and decided to go in after I couldn't get the vegan products I wanted at the supermarket. Whilst OOTW does stock meat and non veggi items there is a great range of vegan foods, chilled, frozen and storecupboard items and I managed to get powdered soymilk here for a trip abroad when I could find it nowhere else, and at a great price! The staff are really friendly and the place has a good atmosphere, nice to find vegan marshmallows occasionally too however they sell fast! Brilliant place to go to stock up for a vegan BBQ in the summer, even omnivores will appreciate the quality of foods you can buy here down to the marshmallows! Recommended for vegans in the area :
