Pizza Hut - Nottingham

The food was ok.. but the overall experience was not nice at all!!! The food took ages to get prepared, and we waited for more than 30 mins for our deserts. The service was ok, and happy to help us, but the delay in our food just destroyed our day!! In addition, ordering online made it more difficult (something which is not their fault). Finally, the plates and the overall hygiene was poor !!

Visited with a friend last week, when we got the was greeted by a girl on the door who told is it was going to be about 5 minutes which was fine, once seated she told us about the deal they did! A girl came over and took our order food arrived very quickly and was very nice restaurant was very tidy, will be returning in the future

My friend and I split a half-and-half pizza at this restaurant and it was absolutely delicious! The restaurant was busy and the garlic bread arrived a little late, but the waitress and manager were very apologetic and even took it off our bill as a kind gesture. Special thanks to our waitress, Doreen (or Doors!), for taking care of us!

Visited in May with my friend. No problem with the pizza itself but the service was questionable. It took us 20 minutes to get served at lunch time with no notice of the buffet given (there was only 2 other tables in). Our pizza took quite a while to arrive but once it did it was tasty. However, when it came to the bill, there was no staff present so it took at least another 20 minutes for someone to come over. When we paid the bill, we were overcharged by about £10. The manager came to help the timid member of staff, who didn’t speak much, but she seemed incredibly young and inexperienced herself and took a long time to resolve the issue. She kept walking away to check the price on a calculator and when refunded us, still gave the incorrect amount of money back. We were still overcharged around 20p but couldn’t be bothered to wait another 20 minutes for this matter to be resolved. No apology was given, I will not be returning. The man on the table next to us looked very disappointed with the evident slow service also.

Been to this branch many times and it's always been nice but won't be coming again , there were no gluten free bases and the salad bar was nearly empty. Worse of all this place looks dirty and is in desperate need of a refurb. The only reason we gave it two stars instead of one is the fact that the staff are always very friendly.
