Biscuit practically disintegrated while eating it but greasy at the same time. Cheese was on wrapper instead of biscuit.
Overall, this location has declined in service and quality since it first opened.So this location almost always fails to give us all our drive thru items. Today my Kid's kids meal was a bag with one box of 5 nuggets. No juice, no fries. This I almost expected but cognizant of the line behind me I trusted them.THEN when I opened my Cobb salad, I found a black strand of hair in it! Yuck. Not going back.
Everytime I go in I’m greeted by Rosa! She is the most selfless warm hearted person I’ve ever met. She makes my visit 100 times better.
We ordered through the drive-thru, which used 2 lanes and 2 staff members taking orders. Our time in line was longer than expected (13 mins. Fortunately, food was hot and delicious. I'll recommend this location outside of 12 Oaks Mall on Novi Rd.Parking: The restaurant was very busy, and the 2 drive-thru lanes blocked some parked cars until the line moved forward.
Waited 25 minutes in line and by the time I got my food, my sandwich was wrong. Fries were cold. Shake was melted. And there was a hair in my shake. ? Worst Chick-fil-A ever been too.
