Avaliação da contribuiçãoHad a good experience just now. I ordered online from the wrong location, so ordered here In person as well. Lady at the front counter was very nice and the young man that brought me my food (order #191) with a genuine smile.
I am vegan, and almost no Taco Bell actually ever listens when I ask for no cheese. There were only two employees and they were clearly understaffed, but they still actually honored my request. They also were in a lunch rush (a family behind me ordered 60 tacos) and seemed to handle things well.
I was gonna leave a bad review beacuse they messed up my order but the guy who answered the phone was so apologetic and immediately rectified the problem which is incredibly rare in fast food these days so 5/5 cause the guy was so nice and took ownership of the mistake.
Service was great, but they were shirt staff, food was good And waiting time wasn't long
This was a covid trip to the mall. The line was about 5 deep so Ibwas hesitant about getting in line. They had us through in no time. 12 tacos made fresh...great employees....what more eh? Good job 12/28/2020 at about 330pm crew...!
