Don’t we love Friday brunches in dubai and we cannot get enough of it. Hiltons newest property Hilton garden inn at Al mina road, near port Rasheed have started their Friday brunch and it’s good food that isn’t heavy on the pocket. The buffet starts at 12.30 and is an international fare that includes sushi, a live pasta counter, a salad bar, main course and a dessert corner. You can also enjoy the pool access when you purchase the brunch, isn’t iIt cool? So once you have relaxed in the pool you can gorge on some really nice maki rolls, nigiris and some salads to start with. I really enjoyed the chicken and grapes salad with celery and walnuts and the grilled eggplant with feta cheese and tomatoes. The live pasta station was something I was looking forward to and it didn't disappoint a bit. This was easily the yummiest pasta I had in a very long time, just tell the chef how you like your pasta and it's going to be served at your table. Absolutely delicious! Next up was the mains that were all decked up in a corner. Breaded fish with tartar dip was hot, crispy and fresh. The buffet also had Arabic mix grill, egg noodles, charmoula fish, green chicken curry, beef casserole and steamed veggies. Coming to the desserts we had the creme caramel which was super yummy and I also loved the opera cake from the dessert lot. This buffet comes at a very reasonable 89AED with soft beverages and pool access and AED 179 with unlimited house beverages and pool access.

Yesterday we tried The Garden Grille restaurant Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Almina they have Arabic theme night every Wednesday, who do not love Lebanese and levant food the stuff is friendly and helpful, food is tasty and delicious, in the buffet you can find wide range of fresh salads and appetizers, mixed grill very soft and tender, also you can fine more than 5 main dishes, and the sweet taste amazing! .

No words to describe.....it was an overwhelming experience at Hilton Garden Inn Mina, Dubai Everything was perfect including staffs courtesy, they are well trained to cope up with the stress during peak hours and handling every guest with an utmost care Our sincere thanks to the F B Guest Service Manager Mr. Sumit who looked after my friends I took for Iftar at The Garden Grille Restaurant on 21/05/2019, truly impressed with his professionalism All the best.......see you soon

Love this all day dining place . We tried the tiramisu , pizza , hot n sir soup ... Great place to sit back , relax and enjoy the food . The green color used in the ambience gives the place an organic touch to it . Enjoyed my afternoon . Happy Eating
