I find this court well balanced and filled. what I don't like (and this applies to every place in Kasachstan where you can find vegan milk) they pay for plant-based milk extra. so the price for vegan kakao was doubled. seems like cow milk would cost nothing, but soy milk (with 95% water). I mean, ok vegan options are rare and exclusive at the moment, but this situation with pb milk. I just feel like I'm still paying for cow milk, although I don't consume it. I wish the cow's milk was also paid extra to make it fair.
There are 2 kiosks, one for vegan food, one for non-vegan. It's a good place to come for mixed parties. They don't really have breakfast food for vegans (burgers, Buddah bowls, wraps) but the food is good. You can order from the vegan kiosk from 10am although you can order coffee (with soy, almond or coconut milk) from the other kiosk and get vegan cake (normally 2 or 3 choices) before 10am. Def recommend!
We came for breakfast, but find out that there are no vegan options for breakfast at all. We got some vegan cakes , they were good. Then later we tried vegan burger with bacon
This is a massively needed addition to the Astana food scene. A popular and hip restaurant in the centre of town with a big commitment to its vegan menu. Several burgers and wraps as well as a vegan cheesecake. Menu is in English on the outside of the restaurant. My burger had grilled tofu and seitan in Astana!!
The small cucumber bowl was dirty for the price. The package was cold, and the grilled tofu wrap was actually just natural tofu from the refrigerator. However, the cakes were amazing!
