Avaliação da contribuiçãoI visited the restaurant a week ago for dinner, and the food was so delicious that I couldn't understand why it wasn't busy. Both the meats and BBQ sauces were exceptional. The loaded fries with mac and cheese and pork came with a generous portion of pork that felt more like an entrée than an appetizer!
While traveling, I decided to search for a BBQ spot to try. At first, I thought I might be walking into an adult bookstore! However, it turned out to be a charming little restaurant with very friendly staff and excellent BBQ. I ordered the 6oz BBQ with fries, and I was not disappointed. The BBQ was piled high on the bun, and I loved that they make their own BBQ sauce in-house. I tried both the spicy and sweet sauces, and they were fantastic. Give it a try; I was really happy with my experience!
The BBQ here is incredibly tender—no knife needed! I ordered the Ultimate Platter, which came with ribs, pork steak, and brisket. Everything was delicious, but I'll definitely come back for the brisket; the fat added just the right amount of juiciness. All three sauces complemented the meat without being overwhelming. The service was quick, and the atmosphere was relaxing. This is a fantastic BBQ spot in West St. Charles County!
This is an awesome place to go to for some fall off the bone BBQ. The smoked brisket and signature bbq sauces are to die for. Reasonable priced combo plates and appetizers. Under New Mgt, Carrie is super nice and all of her staff is friendly and eagerto help! They welcome catering and even renting out the space for private events!! Be sure to Always Order Ahead, the meat goesfast at this place!! We had the ribs, brisket and pork steak plate with side of mac-n-cheese. Spicy polish dog and spicy friedpickles. Everything was smoked to perfection and delicious ????
The peach cobbler and banana pudding were hands down the best thing we got!! And I?m not typically a banana pudding type person. The ultimate platter was the perfect size for me and my husband to split. The pork was melt in your mouth and the meat cameright off the bone for the ribs. All that being said the flavor didn?t seem the best to me; particularly for the brisket andribs. The fries were super salty, and it was hard to taste a difference between the regular and spicy bbq sauces. We heard theydo have new owners so maybe the recipe changed a bit.
