Mcdonald's - Oak Grove

During a recent trip home from vacation, my four children and I stopped for lunch at this restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Two managers were overheard speaking negatively about us, which felt very unprofessional. Although they brought our food promptly, it was clearly not freshly prepared. When I inquired if they could return the meals to the kitchen, their response was lacking in customer service. Overall, I was not impressed and will not be returning to this establishment.

The dining experience was quite disappointing, as nearly a third of the time, the orders were incorrect. The restaurant has requested that the management review the proposals they submitted for improvement.

It's not bad, considering it's McDonald's. Their new automated system can be a hassle, and they can be a bit slow at times. However, overall, they usually get the orders right and serve the food quickly.

The worst McDonald's I've been to! If you order hash browns in the morning, be sure to blot off the excess grease yourself, or you'll end up with a mouthful of unpleasant grease. Food: 1/5 Service: 1/5 Atmosphere: 1/5
