I ordered this place for the first time and it was a terrible experience. First of all, I must say that the only good was the young man who supported me with my job in my car, was very professional and I appreciate him. Secondly, the temperature of the food was great. Now that the pizzas were hard and dry, no sauce on them and to make things worse, I called to let them know and the manager pretended it was my fault. He told me that I shouldn't call the day after that and that nothing was wrong with my order. It was impossible to treat the same day. I was at work, it was my birthday, and I literally had no time. I didn't call to get more pizza, neither expected me to get my money back. I just wanted to let them know they had to fix their problems with the pizza because they were the worst. But the manager said they were made perfection. If he calls this perfection, they have to get a new manager or close the store. I'll never put foot in this place again. Almost $200 spent and everything went to the garbage.
Manager yelling telling employee any order other than hot and ready would not be ready for an hour. Called in advance several times and was hung up on. Price online was different 1 hot and ready and crazy bread was 12 bucks . Never again will I patronize them.

Called un my order was cut 10 min. lg, pepperoni in 4 slices, butter and parm everywhere. Arrived waited came home order wrong..2 pc no cheese cut in 8 slices without garlic or parm. cried back to Mario he apologized and said he would give it back. I asked him if it could deliver because I'm home and wasn't great. he said he would door that.. I waited another 20 30 min, did a follow-up call as I thought no pizza had been made and he had no intentions to correct the problem because he never asked about my address.. They ransacked the phone, then I was told I could come back and get it.. I asked about company number, I received incorrect information. So I gogled to get the right line of complaint and I've been in hand for 45 minutes, but someone finally answered. No, we're waiting. Hunger
