Several times they wanted us to wait a 1/2 hour or morefor our meal other times they didn't have breasts only legs and thighs. It's not looking good for KFC in my area
Ordered four whole wings..extra crispy. Cashier said "I.ll check. Sold me wings. Got original. Word to the wise. Stay at drive through until you check your order..they do not care.
I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. Every time we visit, there is always some issue. Despite our reservations, we decided to give them one more chance and went through the drive-thru, only to be informed that they were experiencing system problems and asked to return in 15 minutes. We agreed and were told to leave the drive-thru lane. As we drove around, we saw all 5 employees sitting on the sidewalk, smoking a joint. When they realized we were not leaving, they went inside after walking over to the gas station. We witnessed them begin cooking without washing their hands or taking any hygienic precautions, after discarding their joint and cigarettes on the ground. It was a disappointing experience, and we will not be returning.
I cannot give this restaurant a positive rating. The food is good, but you never know if you will actually receive it, as it depends on whether the workers are outside smoking. I do not care what they do in their personal time, but getting high and loitering in the parking lot while on the clock is not acceptable.
The best KFC in the area! The food is always fresh and filling, and their service is top-notch. Well done, Oak Ridge KFC!
