Pizza Hut - Oakland

Wish I could give no stars. Placed order at 10 and at 10:40 they canceled our order because they close at 10:45? Absolutely terrible service. Lost a long time customer.

Usually amazing pizza. usually. but the last few times there has been NO sauce at all. and we ask for light sauce but theres not one drop of sauce. I saw a few others made comments that there wasn 't sauce, Idk whats going on but the last 3 times we have had this problem. hopefully they start making the pizzas right again bc we haven 't ordered since

The manager was very accommodating when I had a last minute addition to my online order.

My son saw the ad on tv about the triple treat box, so we promised that we could get it on Christmas Eve as a treat. We ordered the special deal and much to our disappointment, the box that was advertised on tv didn't even come with our order. I don't know why it would be advertised like this if it doesn't even come with our order. Very disappointed and will definitely be considering this when choosing where to get pizza again

The worst! Ordered curbside pick up (an available option) No one came out. When I called, he told me to come in. I told him I ordered curbside pick up and he told me The pandemic is over. Regardless on my feelings about the pandemic, they should not offer the option and then expect you to tip extra for it if they aren 't going to follow through. Rude!
