This Burger King restaurant at Winston Churchill and Dundas west is so dirty. I almost throw up when I visited this restaurant. Employees are lazy. We had to wait for 10 mins to get served even there are nobody in the restaurant. I wonder how Burger King may project it's picture in the competition with others. I would not suggest anyone to eat at this place.
It's sad to see how bad is inside the restaurant. It seems that time passed and never was cleaned. It is really filthy everywhere and all the furniture is old. I am surprised why management don't do anything in regards to keep up the place in good shape. Last visit ever!!!;
The burger king is average , the drive thru, i found a bit slower, but i thing its better then using the diner which i found to be too slow when i was there a couple of months before
Popped into this Burger King on a Saturday afternoon in between running errands with the family. My kids saw the indoor playground from the outside and insisted we stop there for lunch. This was their first time eating at a Burger King, and more than likely their last. Walking into the restaurant, the first thing I noticed was the sticky, tackiness of the floor. It was absolutely filthy. While my wife went to place the order for our food, I escorted my kids to the indoor playroom, located in an enclosed, air conditioned area at the back of the restaurant. No supervision and the expectation is for parents to watch their own kids. Considering the area is designed for toddlers and young children, I was surprised to find several older kids running Around and monopolizing the equipment, their parents seemingly long abandoning any hope of trying to discipline these little animals. The place was a mad house with these older (like grade 5/6 age kids barreling through the other children as though they were chickens with their heads cut off. My cue right off the bat, that this place wasn't the greatest, should have been the other patrons in the restaurant a mix of trailer trash, obese, slobs gorging on whoppers and unlimited pop (ugh! What does that say about me that I willingly chose this place to eat at?!!? . After seeing the mess left at the self serve soft drink and condiment station, we left and got our food to go. We ended up throwing a lot of it away as I was so put off by the ketchup smeared all over the counter and no attempt by the staff to clean anything. Garbages were over flowing and most of the customers didn't bother to throw out their wrappers or clear their tables and instead just left things and walked out. If they are that careless about the cleanliness of the restaurant, I question how thorough they probably are with the preparation of their food! Place looks like a bomb has gone off in it and it has become ground zero for the zombie apocalypse. Won't be eating here ever again. Burger King has definitely lost the Burger wars with McDonald's and has done nothing to improve its image or its look or its menu in recent years.
