Peppino's - Oakville

We stumbled across this small restaurant and enjoyed our experience and felt it should be. Noted. We had a family lunch 6 people and each ordered something different and we shared a few of the dishes. The pizza was perfect in every way , the calzone was fresh and well done, the pasta was fresh and the sauce was homemade . If you want excellent food at reasonable price I highly recommend this restaurant . It is a little out of the way but worth the effort.

This place makes the very best pizza, it's cute inside with a small bar that is perfect for the neighborhood crowd and you can watch the guys flipping the pizza. They have a great deal as well, two pizzas for $20 with three toppings each every day. We get this deal once a week.

Visited this restaurant on a Saturday night at approximately 7 pm. We were told we could either have a very small table for 2 in a cramped area or a high table by the bar as management does not like to seat 2 people at a 4 person table on Saturday night. The restaurant was half full and they would not give up a table for 4 "just in case" it got busy. We left and went to Cynthia's fine dining and we were accomodated at a table of our choice even though Cynthia's was busier. I should add the food at Peppino's was mediocre at best on our previous visit but I was willing to give it another try. NEVER AGAIN.

Really nice family run restaurant. Great potion sizes. I usually eat half and take the other half home. Lasagne is among the best I've had and the chicken wings are superb. Pizza is fresh and hot. Check times though. They aren't open for lunch on Monday and Tuesday and are usually closed on long weekends

This is a neighborhood spot that only local residents know about and that is a good thing in my book, wouldn’t want the masses to destroy a good thing. The fare is simple, nothing outstanding to speak of but it is good. The pizzas are especially good and so is the veal sandwich, one of the best I’ve tasted. We like this place because it is close by but more than that it offers up good food at a decent price. The service is reasonable and attentive. For a quick and pleasing meal out without having to travel too far or spend a small fortune this place more than satisfies.
