Blonde short hair manger was rude as can be she shouldn't have a customer service job sat in pick up window for 10 minutes then stood in front of store for another 10 mins to never even being spoken to after 10 mins at front window I was told that window orders are not being taken my food is cold as ice after a 45 min wait and being spoken to very rude like I'll never eat here again

I am a manager in F B, so I can be overtly critical.I had first stopped at Arby's had poor service, so I decided to try somewhere else. I've never had Checkers before so I decided to give it a whirl.In the drive thru I was greeted in a timely matter. The cashier was engaging made small talk while my card was processing. Received my food quickly, cashier thanked me, and everything was fresh!Y'all have mastered the sequence of service, keep doing what you're doing!I will be back!

Vegetarian options: Nope. Fries of course. That's about it.
